So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be until you should expect you goods? Once dispatched the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door is 3 - 5 days dependant on product please contact our support team should you require further information for international deliveries. Please note that orders from Stylishlife maybe customised or manufactured to order which may add time to delivery.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include manufacturing time we are available to advise the manufacturing time via our contact us form if required.

Stylishlife is a family run business - we work with suppliers and shipping companies in Europe to get your items to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

So when do you contact Stylishlife? When you feel the need. We will do our best to answer and respond to you, please note our operating hours. Please contact us here! Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and we hope it is worth the wait).
  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated (For Example costs click here) and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
    We are constantly researching the most efficient ways of shipping our goods to you.
    We offer FREE delivery on selected products, we reserve the right to change this offer at anytime without notification.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (Hermes, UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (RoyalMail) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    The majority of products are shipped directly from our warehouse facility, however in certain cases products maybe shipped from our suppliers directly to save time.

  4. Measurements?

    Please ensure you measure your available space and access before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways and any tight spaces use as access. If you need to return the furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.

  5. Furniture Delivery Disclaimer?

    We try to offer the best possible service and we are happy to deliver items into your home using our specialist service. Please read the statement under "Measurements" to ensure you understand your responsibilities before ordering any furniture items. ***Please note you will need to inspect the goods before accepting/signing the drivers manifest. Damaged goods should be reported ASAP in writing/email on the day of the delivery, and should be indicated where possible on the drivers manifest/where indicated by the driver.***.
