Checking Out
If you have encountered problems during checkout and are not sure if your order has been processed please follow the steps below.
  1. When checkout is complete an automatic email with your order details will be sent to you confirming the sale (make sure that your email address is correct).

How do I shop at

Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Select our products by clicking on the links on the top of every page, thumbnails will appear. Click on these thumbnails for further information including price. You will then have the option to buy that item using the "BUY" button. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping basket. To check what is in your basket, you can at any time click on the "Shopping Basket" button at the top right of every page. Click on "Checkout" when you are ready to proceed with payment.

Do I need to register for an account before purchasing?

No you do not need to register an account to place an order, however if you want to be able to track your orders and add items to your wish list will need to register.

Pre orders

If an item on the product page is marked "Out of stock" this will usually mean that the product is on order with our suppliers. The majority of items will usually be re-stocked within 7-14 days.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes found in our monthly newsletter can be redeemed during the checkout process. Please enter the code in the box provided.

Where will you deliver to?

You can purchase using this web site for all deliveries to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Check out our Delivery and Returns page for more information (please add an item to you basket to view the shipping costs).

Do you offer parcel tracking?

Yes all deliveries come with full order tracking facilities. We will email your parcel tracking code at time of dispatch (if you have created an account during checkout). You are also able to view your tracking code via your account, login to view.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products from all over the world. Many of our products are exclusive and can only be found on All items marked "exclusive" can not be found anywhere else in the UK.

How long will postage take?

We use Royal Mail, hermes, DPD & UPS for all deliveries, All items are sent with full tracking. Normally orders recieved before 3pm will be shipped that day (stock permitting). UK Next Working Day delivery is also available on orders placed before 12.00 pm Monday to Friday. See the Delivery and Returns page for more information.

What is the 925 Sterling silver mark?

All our Sterling silver jewellery is stamped with the fineness mark 925 which guarantees that the jewellery you are buying is of the highest quality and complies with current hallmarking law. See our jewellery FAQ page if you still have more questions.

Is VAT included in the price of my goods?

Yes UK VAT at he current rate and is included in all our prices. All NON EU cutomers wont have to pay this VAT charge. This will be calculated during the checkout process and the VAT dropped from the total.
