Courier Service
We are now offering a new courier service.
All heavy parcels over 2KG will now be sent via courier.
NB: If you are Not available to sign for the
parcel a card will be left with details on how to contact
the driver. Your parcel will remain in the depot for
upto 1 week after which it will be returned to us.
There will be a re-delivery charge
payable for all returned items if this should happen.
- Delivery costs for items?
We use the items weight to calculate the
delivery cost. To find out the costs of delivering
an item please click the ’add to bag button’
next to the product. You will then be able to view
the delivery cost and options in your shopping bag.
- Where do you deliver?
We are able to deliver to UK mainland including
N.I, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Isle of
Man.
We can’t deliver to UK PO Box addresses and
we are also unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.
International Orders - USA, Canada, Australia, New
Zealand, France, Germany, Italy (mainland only), Finland,
Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands
& Belgium.
- Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Most orders will require a signature on delivery.
This will be detailed as you checkout, if required.
If you are not available to sign, the driver may ask
a neighbour to sign for it. They won’t leave
parcels if they can’t get a signature. If they
leave it with a neighbour they will leave a card for
you telling you where it is.
- Parcel Tracking
All standard, & next day deliveries come
with full order tracking facilities (this does not
include international deliveries). We will email your
parcel tracking code at time of dispatch. You are
also able to view your tracking code via your account,
login to view.
Check on your parcel using the Royal
Mail Track & Trace web site.
- Large Items
Large & heavy items (Legnoart Trollies) will require
a special courier and where necessary a second helper
to unload the goods. If you do not feel confident
in helping to unload these items we recommend you
choose the extra man service. This option will appear
on all heavy items, the cost of this extra service
is £50. We will confirm delivery times and dates
before the items are dispatched. Please allow upto
6 weeks for delivery of large items.
- Out of stock items
You can still purchase any items marked *** out of
stock, just remember to double check the product page
for an estimated delivery date.

you decide to shop with us. Occasionally though, we
know you may want to return items. If the goods you
have chosen do not meet your approval we will be happy
to make a refund or exchange. View

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service on all returns.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs
of returning the items to us unless we delivered the
item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may
arrange for collection of the item from your residence
at your cost.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description
and specification are correct at the time of going to
press. However, while the colour/position of design
reproduction is a close representation, a very slight
variation in the actual goods may occur. |
Making
Returns |
For all returns, except
where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange
and pay for the return of the products to us. An administration
fee of £3 will be charged on returns, refunds
& cancelled orders (not including faulty items).
To return any products to us:
1. You MUST get authorization in order
to return any item, items returned without authorization
will be rejected.
2. Clearly mark on the invoice (which came with the
order) whether you would like a refund or exchange.
3 . Pack the items back in the parcel, include the invoice
and send it back (our address is on the invoice):
4 . Inform us in writing
of your refund/exchange.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to
obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility
for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or
provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the
item returned is faulty. |
