Delivery & Returns

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, UPS or DPD. We normally dispatch orders within 24/48 hours, excluding weekends (stock permitting). When your item is ready for dispatch we will notify you of which delivery method is to be used. *Courier shipments - All orders sent out via courier will receive automatic email updates direct from our shipping team.

Furniture Delivery Service (NEW)

Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. Our new furniture delivery service is perfect for large pieces of furniture. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. UK MAINLAND ONLY  (Excluding Scottish Highlands and the following postcodes: AB31 +, FK20-21, HS, IV6 +, KW, PA20-PA80, PH15).  Once your order has been processed, a Customer Services representative will contact you to book a suitable date for the special delivery. Please note, the furniture delivery charge still applies to any furniture discounted/on sale and to all flash deals. 


Please ensure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If you need to return an item of furniture, the original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund or exchange value.

Delivery costs for items?
We use the items weight to calculate the delivery cost. To find out the costs of delivering an item please click the ’add to bag button’ next to the product.
You will then be able to view the delivery cost and options on the following checkout page.
Where do you deliver?
  • We are able to deliver to UK mainland including N.I, Scottish Highlands & Islands & Isle of Man.
  • We can’t deliver to UK PO Box addresses
  • International Orders - Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy (mainland only), Finland, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Belgium.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Most orders will require a signature on delivery. This will be detailed as you checkout, if required. If you are not available to sign, the driver may ask a neighbour to sign for it. They won’t leave parcels if they can’t get a signature. If they leave it with a neighbour they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.
Parcel Tracking
All deliveries come with full order tracking facilities including international deliveries. We will email your parcel tracking code at time of dispatch. You are also able to view your tracking code via your account, login to view.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK economy delivery applies to UK mainland & NI address only and has a max weight of 15KG.
Please note to see the Free Shipping offer during checkout you will need to click on ESTIMATE DELIVERY.

Large pieces of Furniture are not covered by this Free service  - there is a specialist Furniture charge involved, please choose this during checkout.

Late Deliveries

Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First, please check to see where you parcel is using the tracking code sent in your order update email (if you don't have a tracking code please get in touch) this information will state if there is an issue with your order. Please note we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, sometimes unforseen circumstances beyond our control can prevent us from delivering you parcel (bad weather, network problems, etc). We will always do our very best to get you your parcel using the service you have chosen but please note that sometimes (during busy periods) delays can occur.


For all returns, (except where the item is faulty), you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return products (***For all faulty items please see (4) below)

  1. Inform us via email using this form or via email quoting your order reference, (which is on your email confirmation/invoice)
  2. Mark on the invoice (which came with the order) whether you would like a refund or exchange (& add any comments to aid processing).
  3. Pack the items back in the parcel, include the invoice and send it back to the following address (Quoting your order reference):
