affiliates Program work? |
As an affiliate you would be provided with banners or text links to
be placed on your web site along with source code. When one of your customers
clicks on the banner or text link that is placed on your site they will
be taken to the www.stylishlife.co.uk web site. If they purchase online
during or up to 365 days after a visit from your site you earn 10% of
the ticket price.

| As a member of our Affiliate Program we value all your efforts to help
advertise our business. As well as commision on sales all our affiliates
get extra incentives including gifts, targeted bonus etc. As an affiliate,
you can choose from an assortment of banners, text links, and buttons to
advertise www.stylishlife.co.uk on your website, and you can track your
sales using earnings reports and statistics located on our site 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. |

per sale? |
| Yes. Your commissions will be upgraded if your website provides us with
a high volume of sales from quality referrals. |

| There is no charge to participate in our Affiliate Program its FREE |
| How and when will I be paid? |
| Referral fees are paid monthly with a £25 minimum balance required
for payment. Any balance less than £25 is carried over to the next
month. |
| How do you keep track of my sales? |
| When a user clicks through from your website your unique identifier will
be assigned to that session. A temporary cookie is placed on their hard
drive that will follow them through the transaction. Once a purchase is
made the amount of the sale is placed as a pending sale for you. Once the
order is verified the amount will show up in your account. |

Once you register
to be an affiliate you will be sent an email with login information
to the Stylish Life affiliate administration site which supplies the specific
source code & artwork that you need to use when you link to our site.
Several graphics of various sizes and content will be made available to
enhance your link to our site. www.stylishlife.co.uk will also work with

| Yes, you can. In your private administration console, you have access
to various links that will take your website visitors to specific landing
pages on our website that is relevant to your content. If what you are looking
for isnt found, we can easily create custom banners for you. |
| How can I view my statistics? |
| After registration you will have a link to the affiliate administration
panel, and a unique login and password that allows you to access your account
information including sales and click through rates. |
| Who can join the affiliates Program? |
Any website can apply for the Program; however www.stylishlife.co.uk
reserves the right to refuse any site. You do not necessarily need to
have a shopping related website but you DO need to have
a fully functioning publicly accessible website. We do NOT
approve any applications from web sites that:
• Promote violence
• Promote any type of discrimination
• Promote illegal activities
• Violate any copyrights or intellectual rights
• Promote the use bulk email or spam
• Include any adult content
We reserve the right to revoke or refuse the membership of anyone using
the Affiliate Program only to gain discounts for personal use. Please

| Can I become an affiliate even though
my website is under construction? |
| We would prefer that your website is completed and fully functional before
you apply to be an affiliate. However, if you have a definite launch date
for your new website and at least 90% of it is completed, you may submit
an application now and state what your target launch date is. www.stylishlife.co.uk
will work with you to integrate your website. |
| Can I become an affiliate even though
my website is outside the U.K.? |
| Yes, you certainly can however please note we only deliver to UK Address. |
| What are the responsibilities? |
You are responsible for:
• Creating accurate links to our site so we may track your sales
• Adding the domain of your site to our database
• Displaying our logo in a prominent place on your site
• Ensuring that your web site contains material that is appropriate for
an affiliation with www.stylishlife.co.uk.
We are responsible for:
